Focus: Integrity in Candidates and the Elections Process
Every Tuesday until Election Day Action Mission is calling the church to Fasting and Prayer. Join us:
Righteous Father,
We come before You today on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia—its people, its government, and its future. We humble ourselves and ask that You pour out Your Spirit of truth, righteousness, and justice over this land.
Lord, we pray for integrity in every candidate who seeks office.
May their words be honest, their motives pure, and their hearts aligned with Your will. Expose every scheme built on deception, manipulation, or personal gain. Raise up men and women who fear You more than man—who will stand for life, liberty, justice, and the truth of Your Word.
We ask for righteousness in the elections process.
Let every vote be counted accurately, and let every action taken by those in authority be done in the light. Remove corruption, confusion, and compromise. Uncover hidden agendas and restore confidence in our system. Let no lie prevail, and no injustice stand.
Father, give wisdom to every election official, poll worker, and public servant.
Let them act with humility, courage, and clarity. Surround them with accountability. May there be no room for fraud, favoritism, or fear. Let the process—from registration to results—be governed by truth and integrity.
We pray for the voters of Virginia.
Open their eyes to see clearly. Break through media manipulation, political rhetoric, and spiritual deception. Let every citizen vote according to conscience—shaped not by fear or pressure, but by truth and conviction.
Lord, awaken Your Church.
May pastors, leaders, and believers across Virginia rise up with boldness and discernment. May we be salt and light—interceding, proclaiming, and engaging in this moment with urgency and grace. Help us not to grow weary or silent, but to labor in prayer until righteousness reigns in our land.
We declare Proverbs 14:34 over Virginia:
“Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”
So we cry out—let righteousness rise! Let truth prevail! Let integrity govern!
In the name of Jesus Christ, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, we pray—
